By using the “State Lab” service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
The Service provides an online builder for creating vision boards from images uploaded by the user, with the ability to download the result.
2. User account
- Registration is required to access your dashboard.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information.
3. Uploaded content
- You warrant that you hold the rights to the images you upload.
- Uploading materials that violate the law or the rights of third parties is prohibited.
- You retain all rights to your content; the Service uses it only to create your board.
4. Payment and products
Certain products (for example, the big yearly vision board and board packs) are provided on a paid basis at the rates listed on the “Pricing” page. The terms of access are determined by the selected plan or subscription. The terms for canceling a subscription and for refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the achievement of any results from using vision boards and accept no liability in this regard.
6. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
